Reiki is a holistic healing practice that works with universal life force energy to restore balance in your body, mind, and spirit. A Reiki treatment helps clear energetic blockages, calm your nervous system, and support emotional and spiritual renewal.

During your Reiki healing session, you’ll be held in a peaceful, sacred space while healing energy flows intuitively through your system. The session supports:

• Chakra alignment and energy balance

• Emotional release and nervous system regulation

• Spiritual grounding and clarity

• Inner peace and deep relaxation

I am a Reiki Master whose Reiki approach is intuitive, heart-led, and spiritually grounded. Each Reiki session blends traditional Reiki techniques with gentle insight, spiritual presence, and a nurturing environment to help you feel safe, seen, and energetically held.

What you can expect:

• A Warm Welcome: We begin with a gentle check-in, where you’re invited to share anything you feel called to - whether physical discomfort, emotional heaviness, or simply an intention for your session

• Relaxation & Energy Flow: You'll lie down comfortably, fully clothed, in a serene setting. As I begin channeling Reiki energy, you may feel warmth, tingling, waves of calm, or simply deep stillness as universal life force energy flows through your body

• A Safe, Sacred Space: Throughout your Reiki session, you’ll be held in a deeply nurturing environment. This is a space for release, reflection, and realignment with no pressure, no need to “do” anything - just receive

• After the Reiki Session: We’ll take a few quiet moments to ground, and I will share any intuitive insights or energetic impressions I received during your session. You'll also be offered gentle aftercare suggestions to help integrate the healing
